What fields are not searchable other than the second email?

Hi, @gelflex-cc. Anything not explicitly mentioned in this help document is likely unsearchable. 

Edit: If you have the Enterprise version of Marketing, you could use a workflow to copy your secondary email to a custom property with Add To Search enabled, and that carbon copy of a property should be searchable.
