How can I unpin a deactivated users task from a record I own? Also, how can I complete a task or delete it from a deactivated user?

Hey @SkinPro, thanks for reaching out!

If you head to SalesTasks, you can view all tasks currently assigned to a specific user (Assignee dropdown):

From that filtered view, you can bulk edit/reassign tasks. Any tasks that are no longer needed can be deleted/checked off, and any tasks that still need to be completed can be reassigned accordingly.

Hope this helps!!
