Unnecessary Changes to CRM

Problem: HubSpot frequently makes unnecessary changes to the CRM platform.

Case in Point: The option for "Lists" was renamed to "Segments"
After that change, I spent 15 mins looking for my lists and had to call HS to find out they changed the name.

Problem: New Beta for creating lists, "segments".

Now once again, we have to relearn how to use the product all over again. It was fine the way it was.

Every time you make these changes, it takes time away from our actual work as we hunt for where things have been moved, renamed, or changed.

Are the developers just bored? We value improvements that make the product better — not changes that only make it different. It’s starting to feel like Costco — every time I go in, everything’s been moved around!

Thanks again,
Tonya~

Hey @Tonya1 I don't disagree at all, as someone who spends a lot of my workday in HubSpot even I find it tricky to find menu items, I feel the menu moves every other day.

I'd recomend adding this as feedback to the feature requests board here too as the product team directly monitor this.
