Hi,
I am creating a calculated property but the formula does not execute as expected. You can see two versions of the formula (i tried many versions) but none of them seem to work as expected. The goal is that the formula returns the amount in company currency if no ARR is available and the pipeline equals the renewals pipeline. The formula only returns a blank value.

The formula expects the internal label of the deal stage, not the display name:
