Unbounce a contact

SOLVE

During the migration of a customer from Google Workspace to Office 365, I have sent an email to a contact of the customer. The messages has been bounced because Office 365 wasn't coinfigurated yet.

Now everything is set up, and the customer work with Office 365 email but, when he write me, I can't reply because HubSpot consider the contact as bounced ... and I can't undo it.

Please, tell me that there's a way.

PS: I use hubspot fot 1:1 communication only

Hi @antuzzi,

If you're on a Marketing or CMS Hub Professional subscription or higher, you can follow these steps: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/how-can-i-send-an-email-to-a-contact-that-has-previously-bounced

If you're not, then this is unfortunately not possible. HubSpot has decided to make this feature only available to users with the aforementioned licenses.

(Don't shoot the messenger.)
