Unable to view/use email template in Association Beta version

We have created a new automated email template to use for sending emails from a Ticket created as the result of an workflow. We have done this several times before without issue and once published the email template appears when you click the template button inside the Create Email form. We upgraded to the Association Beta and have tried serveral times, but can NOT get this to work anymore. Please advise if this is a known regression issue or if there is something else we need to do.

This has, however, since been resolved and we haven't seen similar reports from other customers:
