We have created a new automated email template to use for sending emails from a Ticket created as the result of an workflow. We have done this several times before without issue and once published the email template appears when you click the template button inside the Create Email form. We upgraded to the Association Beta and have tried serveral times, but can NOT get this to work anymore. Please advise if this is a known regression issue or if there is something else we need to do.

On November 17, some customers experienced workflow processing delays, which might be related to the behavior you described above - you can check the incident report here.
This has, however, since been resolved and we haven't seen similar reports from other customers:
if this is still happening in your account, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support via the Help button in your account, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter. Thank you for your understanding!
