Myself and another team have recently tried uploading photos to contact record. When selecting a file we are grabbing it directly from our Dropbox account where we store them. Once selected it appears and we hit confirm. It shows up, but then when you leave the page and come back it's gone! We've done this several times now on different computers - what's the issue?
Have you tried saving the image to your desktop and then importing it?
Is this issue only happening with specific images/for specific contacts?
