Unable to see meeting details

We use Fathom recorder to import summaries from meetings. I can see a preview of the meeting for all customers, but when I click in to review details it turns to this.

 

Other users in my organization are able to navigate to the meetings without any issue.

Hi @MMiller290,

 

Have you tried clearing cache/cookies, using a private tab or another browser? Please also make sure all browser extensions are deactivated as these can interfere with HubSpot.

 

Lastly, please ensure you're using a supported browser: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-security/browsers-supported-by-hubspot

The issue you're experiencing is usually caused by either a browser/cache problem or a permissions/integration setup issue with your user account.


Here are a couple of quick steps to try:

  1. Browser Troubleshooting: Clear your browser cache, try using a different browser, or open the page in incognito/private mode.

  2. Check Integration Access: Ensure your HubSpot user is fully connected to the Fathom app via Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps.

If the issue still persists, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support with relevant screenshots and details; they’ll be able to help you further.

H Karsten- I've done the following:

1. Cleared Cache/Cookies All Time
2. Logged out of hubspot and back in (before and after)
3. Just tried using a private browser (Chrome, Incognito)

Only unable to see meetings. Emails I can open fine.
