Unable to see emails received from the account's email

Hi, 

 

Emails sent from and to the inbox email of the account are not showing up on Hubspot.

 

For example, we have an Gmail connected inbox for asd@asd.com.

Some of our internal system generated emails are sent to asd@asd.com from asd@asd.com. Now, none of such emails show up under conversations. 

 

Is there a workaround for this?
