Unable to see emails received from the account's emailSOLVE

Emails sent from and to the inbox email of the account are not showing up on Hubspot.
For example, we have an Gmail connected inbox for firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some of our internal system generated emails are sent to email@example.com from firstname.lastname@example.org. Now, none of such emails show up under conversations.
Is there a workaround for this?
