Unable to import contacts

When I try and upload an Excel Sheet of contacts I get this popping up each time:

The sheet I am uploading only has one tab on it with 8 columes that include: First Name, Last name, Phone Number, Mobile number, Address, Company name, email address, notes).

If I select the option of uploading multiple sheets then I get the same error:

Hi @LB2 

Based on the error message your XLSX file has more then one tab or worksheet, hard to tell without seeing a screenshot of the import sheet. Have you tried exporting your worksheet as a CSV and importing that into HubSpot?

The multiple file option you are showing is when you literally have two seperate Excel files - not multiple worksheets in one Execl file.

Hey @LB2 are you sure there are no empty sheets within your spread sheet? If it only has 1 sheet/tab then you could try export the file as a CSV instead of an xlsx file. Csv can only have one sheet so you should get around this issue with that if you try!
