Unable to import Notes to Companies

Hi @PVijayaraghav,

It very much sounds like this is a bug then, unfortunately. I'd recommend reaching out to support so they can have a look in your portal but that's restricted to paid users of HubSpot only.

Other things that you could try:

• Recreate the import file as a new file, maybe the file is corrupt in some way
• Have another user try the import
• Create another free account of HubSpot and check if it works there

The import file looks good – when you search for "Notes" in the dropdown, is there an additional section for the notes object when you scroll further down?

Yes @karstenkoehler I did the exact steps as you mentioned, however I am only seeing Notes in the dropdown to map the fields.

this happens only when I am doing with respect to companies, when I did the same steps for Contacts, I was able to see the "Note Body"

Have you made sure to follow these exact steps during the import process? One file > Multiple objects > Companies + Notes > Upload your files

Hi @PVijayaraghav,

I can't quite reproduct what you're seeing but I can share what the correct steps for importing notes to company records are.

During the import process, select One file > Multiple objects > Companies + Notes > Upload your files and you should arrive at a screen like this:

Please note, that the Note body HubSpot property has a different icon than the one in your screenshot. It seems like you're trying to import your notes into a company property and not the note object.
