Unable to download the deals excel spreadsheet template file

Can anyone able to provide me the deal importing sample file? It seems that the Hubspot link to download the file has some error, and it leads me to a blank web without any files download to me

Could you please confirm you have tried to get the file from another browser? Also could you please delete your browser cache and try again?

I am having a similar problem. On my desktop it works perfectly but on phones it looks like a blank white page. It downloads but you can't tell that it downloaded. Most people use their phones so I need to make sure it is working correctly. I had a few people test it and once they click to download the page changes and it is only white. When they tried again their phone says download the file again? That means it did but no one would know it did.

Would you mind clarifying which file you're trying to download exactly in the knowledge base article here ? Is it all of them or a specific one? I tried to download one on my phone and it's working fine, would you mind sending us screenshots of how it looks like?
