Unable to add deal

Hi,

I've been using sales just fine for a couple of months.  Went to add a deal today and find the deal stage property dropdown autopopulated with garbage values and highlighted in red.  The right options are available for me to select form but I get an error saying "unable to save deal" when I finally save it.

Interestingly I have two pipelines configured and I only get this error in one of them.

I'm having the same issue, however it's happening over multiple pipelines.

I have a work around to this problem for the time being mate.

1. Create your deal under the Pipeline that is working.

2. From within that deal move it to the pipeline you want it associated with.

Seems to be an error putting into whichever pipeline you want at the moment.

Thanks for that.  If it's not just me then it's probably a bug.

Same issue here. 2 out of 3 pipelines have this issue. Is it a Hubspot bug?

I've reported it to support in case PMs don't check Hubspot Community.

Hi !

I have the same problem with adding deals.

The first pipeline shows the right deal stage and we can add the deals.

The 2nd and beyond pipeline is showing the internal-ID of the deal stage. I hope HUBSPOT support fixes this problem as it will affect a lot of users.

The workaround of selecting the first pipeline while adding the deal and changing the pipeline subsequently works.

Thank you for posting this question! I am having the same problem. Until a permanent solution is found, I will attempt to use the work around provided above.
