Two different prices in the same product

Hello! I would like to know if there is a way to set two prices in the same product.

We are a real estate company and there are properties with rent and sales prices.

I thought on creating different products for each "Status" but I don't think that's right in the business point of view, since the property is the same. Also there are a little problem setting different SKU's for the same property.
