Turn Off Automatic Team Filters From Dashboard/Deal/Anything View

SOLVE

Currently when loading hubspot it applies an automatic filter depending on the team people are in.

i have removed myself from the team, however still get these filters automatically applies.  how do you turn off the filter alltogether as it creates an initial destorted view of the deals/dashboards?

Can you provide some screenshots.

And check one more thing like you have removed yourself from primary team or the additional team.

@KSiabi are you in a Dashboard? Or the Deals pipeline? Or Contacts?

Or is this happening across all places? Like @SNigam mentioned, a screenshot or more specific context would be helpful.

Also, have you asked HubSpot Support in your portal?

I've emailed support.

In essence, these filters are automated (no idea how) and applied to everything deal related on the system.  Obviously know how to remove it by clicking the 'x' or clear advanced filters (in deal view) however i want it not to apply automatically and show a full representation of the deals.

i was added to a team in my profile, this has been removed and makes no difference to the automated filters.

I'm perplexed, then, @KSiabi. Hopefully Support has an answer. I've not experienced automatic filters like you're experiencing them. Sorry I didn't have a better answer for you!

@KSiabi I can see the screenshot that you're in a dashboard. I'm not familiar with "Flexible." Is that a team in your portal? I don't see "flexible" as an option in team filtering.

I see in another comment below that you're looking in the Deals object. What you see there will also depend on the filters and the pipeline you're in.

You should be able to clear filters by clicking the X on the filter. I'm not sure why your specific account has filters automatically added if you've removed them. That doesn't sound like expected behavior in HubSpot as I know it. I'd recommend asking HubSpot Support.
