Trigger "thank you email" after the meeting has taken place.

I would be grateful if someone could tell me if this functionality can be configured in HubSpot.

Trigger "thank you email" after meeting has taken place

Hi @EVolkova, I hope you are doing well 😊


If I understood correctly, you would like to send a "Thank you email" to the contact after you have had a meeting with them?


If that is the objective, you can achieve it with a workflow.


1. The reps have to edit the meeting once it's done to change the outcome to completed.

2. Automation - Workflows - Create workflow

2. The trigger would be in activity properties, this time you'll use Meeting outcome > Is any of > Completed.

3. Add a new action - Send email (Make sure the "Thank you email" is already published).
