We use Zendesk for Implementation / Service for our customers. We'd like to incorporate Zendesk ticket creation into some of our workflows so that our implementation team is alerted with new tickets / tasks.
Any suggestions on the best way to connect the two systems to automate this sort of workflow?
Since no one has responded in over a year, I thought I would reply and see if there are any updates.
When a user moves a deal to a different stage, a ticket in ZenDesk should be created. I've seen other posts that describe using ServiceHub to create a ticket, and then use ZenDesk marketplace app to sync tickets between HS and ZD.
I have no need to use Tickets in HS.
My guess is that I would need to leverage a ZenDesk APi in the HS workflow to create a ticket with whatever information I need.
Is this possible using: Settings > Deals > Pipeline > Automate?
We're looking to accomplish the same process. I've tried setting up a Zapier account to make it happen but it's too confusing. Anything natively we can do to trigger a Zendesk ticket or an email to our support email address with specific deal info in it?
There's a native integration between Zendesk and Hubspot that you can use. I've done it for a client in the past where each ticket raised in Zendesk creates a ticket on Hubspot and from that, various automations were triggered. Am I understanding corectly the requirements?
Suppose a sales opportunity closes (or gets to a certain stage) we want this to push a ticket to Zendesk to kick off the implementation process.
As a workaround for now, we have an email being triggered from Hubspot to our share inbox email which is ingested by Zendesk. It's very imperfect for a lot of reasons and hoping to get something a bit more seamless than that.
