Tracking SMS message conversations in Timeline

I am trying to track SMS message conversations in Timeline, and I am having difficulty setting it up.

Do I need to install an app to do so?  I tried several apps which require a business email address domain to register on their website since I am using Gmail account.

Hi @InvestInMasashi. Yes, you'll need an app from the HubSpot Marketplace, a third-party solution, to engage in SMS/text marketing. It's not a standard feature currently available in HubSpot. I've had clients use SalesMSG with success. I'm not sure on their requirements for business email vs. Gmail, but it's a good integration. Hope that helps!
