We are using the marketing email to drive customers to our site. We have all the tracking and logging setup for sales reps when they contact customers. What is the best way to see the conversion to potential signups/deals? Today I can go into the email list and search by Last Activity Date and see if anything is logged or look at Lead Status. If all these fields are empty can I assume nothing came of these?
If I see activity and lead status changed then I can go in and look for deals signed.
Hi @SCusack4 not sure if I fully understood your use case but if you have any deal being closed following a coversion on your website, you'll be able to filter the lead source by email or any other option.
Last Activity Date related to activities like calls, emails, notes , meetings or tasks logged by the user. You miht need to look at properties that include marketing email activity and cross them with deal conversion.
