Tracker does not work

When I send an email ther is no tracking the opening of the email.

Hi @Jeff123 ,

 

In order to track email opens, I'd recommend following this knowledge base article to make sure the tracking feature is enabled. Please note that there are some scenarios where tracking is deactivated because of the recipients' email client settings. (For this information , please check here.)
