Track deals with break clause

I'm trying to figure out the best way to put in deals that are for contracts that include a break clause. For first time subscribers, we offer an annual contract with a 6 month break. Should these be 2 separate deals? One for each 6 month term?

I would suggest just creating a deal property with a simple Yes/No to track if a deal has a break clause.  Does that make sense?

Makes sense but what if they do end up breaking the contract at 6 months after it's been marked as Closed Won? Do I go back and just edit the Closed Won deal to update the term?
