Track a snail mail campaign

We have sent a snail mail campaign to two different groups. I want to add the snail mail to their contact activity but can't figure out how to make that happen.

Also I sent a follow up email to one of those groups before I got HubSpot set up so those emails are also not attached to the contacts. How can I go back and make that association.

Hi @SDalfonzo , is it an idea to import these 2 mails as notes? So first export all contact from out HubSpot, then setup a import file where the note acitivty date and note body properties are filled in and connected with the HubSpot contact ID. After that import it and the notes (with the e-mail body) will show up in your activity timeline. Does that help? See example import file attached.
