Totals vs Deals discrepancy

Hi Everyone.

My Deals Board has started showing a discrepancy between the the annual commission/deal value and the totals. This is true for all stages of the pipeline. How can I correct this?

Either you don't have permissions to see all deals or the deal amount you are displaying on the deal cards is not the default deal amount from HubSpot, which is the one used to calculate the deal stage totals and weighted amounts.

I missed your early post; sorry, I only saw it after I wrote my reply. I have the correct permissions however, you are right that the deal amount you are displaying on the deal cards is not the default deal amount from HubSpot

As you can see the deal amount is 11,475 rather than the annual commission/deal value 13,950. how can I marry the two?

Hi @ABroder 

You can't really at least not in the Kanban style board view.

You can however build reports or views and pick which deal amount you want to show in these reports or views.

The totals of each stage always use the default deal amount, and the weighted amounts are based on the percentage you have set for each deal stage. 

As an aside, how is your annual commission bigger than the actual deal value?

What & how are you calculating the annual commission?

Hi @ABroder 

Are you referring to the total Vs weighted amounts? This is normal as the weighted amount takes into account the deal probability % that you have defined in the pipeline settings.

Hi Frank.

I'm referring to the annual commission/deal value stated on each card and the total at the bottom of the column. As you can see, there are two deals in this stage: one valued at 8010 and the other at 13,950. These are the only deals in this stage; however, the total is 42340. thanks for your help
