Love that you mentioned the data cleanup piece, @nmedina.
While going through the migration process from one CRM to another, it's the perfect opportunity do do some data hygiene exercises. This could include cleaning out unengaged contacts, standardizing properties that may be used in the future for personalization tokens (e.g. ensuring that First Name properties have appropriate capitalizaton), and removing unnecessary and/or unused properties. We always tell clients that they definitely won't regret spending sufficient time on this part of the process.
Also, because Salesforce may have objects that don't map 1:1 with a standard Hubspot object, there are usually some great opportunities to leverage Hubspot's custom objects that can be discussed as part of the migration and setup of the Hubspot instance.
Migrations can be overwhelming, but it's a great opportunity to take a close look at your data, organization, and processes. After a successful migration, not only can you be successfully stood up on a new CRM, but your processes and quality of data can be significantly improved.
