Timeline Appearance - 2. Customer content should be prioritized

Why are the main details I see about a note/email/meeting about MY company (i.e. who left the note/ sent the email/ made the task) rather than about the content itself? If I scroll through a customer contact timeline, all I see is white space and who from my company has been having interactions (do i really need to see my picture first thing? probably not), not the details of the interactions themselves? 

 

Related: to actually view the salient customer details, I have to click "expand." Notes and customer related content should be frontloaded.

so much white space! why is space devoted to nothing? it really makes it hard to view the history of interaction with a contact when you are staring at mostly boxes and white space rather than the content itself
