Timeline Appearance - 2. Customer content should be prioritized

Why are the main details I see about a note/email/meeting about MY company (i.e. who left the note/ sent the email/ made the task) rather than about the content itself? If I scroll through a customer contact timeline, all I see is white space and who from my company has been having interactions (do i really need to see my picture first thing? probably not), not the details of the interactions themselves?
Related: to actually view the salient customer details, I have to click "expand." Notes and customer related content should be frontloaded.
