Tickets to Deals

SOLVE

Good morning, we have been using HubSpot tickets to track our projects for the past 7 months. We have a lot of tickets made and after some further research we should have made Deals to track our projects more effectivly.

Is there a way to convert all of our Tickets to Deals without have to manually create them one by one?

Tickets to Deals

SOLVE

Hi @KLoRusso1,

If you have workflows at your disposal, then yes – you could enroll tickets into a ticket-based workflow, then use the 'Create record' workflow action to create deals. In the settings of the action, you can specify which deal fields values should be carried over from ticket to deal.

Without workflows, you could consider exporting all tickets, then re-importing them as deals. In this case however, you'll lose all activities that were logged to the tickets currently.

Alternatively, you could consider a 14 day trial of Sales Hub Professional to get access to workflows for that timeframe.

In any case, there is no option to simply convert tickets to deals straightaway.

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Tickets to Deals

SOLVE

Hello Karsten,

I hope you are keeping well.

I've seen the above reply and to have the workflow from ticket to delas it require the service hub license.

Is there any other way we can find a way of creating deals? from tickets or directly from the emails we receive?

Thank you.

Daniel

Tickets to Deals

SOLVE

Karsten, I was able to set up the work flow to start converting the Tickets to Deals. I am starting slow with this and it seems to be working. However, the tickets are only converting once they are moved the stage where I have the work flow created. Is there a way to run all the tickets through the work flow without moving the tickets? Thanks
