We have experienced an issue where a company name ticket search is missing one ticket registered in the same way as multiple tickets that do show under the same search.
It does however appear when you search the contact name, as do all the others that have been logged in the same way.
Any help with this would be great.
We have checked all associations and they match the other tickets that show under the company search.
Could you share a screenshot of where exactly you are performing this search? I'm not sure which section of HubSpot you are referring to.
Are you referring to this search field on the ticket index page? (Menu > Service > Tickets)
If so, this search only 'promises' to find tickets by ID, ticket name or ticket description, not by company name. If the company name occurs in any of the previously mentioned fields or in the ticket name, that's why it might look like the company name is searched as well.

Thank you for your reply, this is the exact field I'm searching in but it has highlighted something which I hadn't noticed. We hadn't included the company name in the ticket disc.
