Emails still don't support that kind of functionality so an active tick box cant be put in an email. In order to capture a specific response you need to get the recipient to click on something, it could look like a tick box, and use either the click or a subsequent page view as the response. Email clicks and page views are not 100% reliable so a form fill on the landing page would be the absolute best method.
