There is no user with super admin

I'm a newbie to Hubspot CMS. I only have an user account on Hubspot in my team.

However, my user account is not super admin, and I'm not able to permission my account or add another user. I want to change my account to super admin account.

How do I do this?

We changed our domain, and lost the super admin email account. Now we can not use Hubspot in full. 

May you please help us giving super admin access to our new email.
