I got this email, is this legit or some kind of scam?

Hubspot was unlimited contact was that change?

Any suggestion to address this if is legit? not interested in upgrade


Your COMPANY_TO_EMAIL association has a maximum limit of 10000 associated EMAIL records per COMPANY.

The following COMPANY objects have reached 80% usage of COMPANY_TO_EMAIL associations: xxxx6805 .

Once a COMPANY record reaches 100% COMPANY_TO_EMAIL usage, no further EMAIL records can be linked without removing existing associations. To reduce the number of associations for the above objects in your HubSpot account, learn more about how to remove associations  and delete CRM records .

If your account has free tools but requires higher association limits, please review our Product and Services catalog  for paid association limits. If your portal would benefit from paid association limits, you can consider upgrading to a paid subscription .

Hey @ferrarilending HubSpot does have a limit on all portals of 10000 activities (including emails) associated to a record. So this would be right.
