The automatic amount calculation is not updating

Hello everyone,

In deals amounts are based on the currency option but since the company currency is set to USD an automatic calculation property was created. However right now even though the amount is changed from TL it’s not automatically calculating and converting it to the company currency. How can I update the deal?

Do you want to rephrase this or maybe post in your native language (I assume German due to the Umlaut in the last name) - right now I am not following or understanding what are you talking about.

• Why are you creating calculated properties when HubSpot supports multiple currencies for deals?
• What does "TL" stand for?
• Company currency is automatically calculated if you created currencies and conversion rates

Sorry for misunderstanding.

Let me explain my issue in more detail. The amount entered in Turkish Lira should be automatically converted to USD by HubSpot. However, when I make changes to the Turkish Lira amount, I encounter the following issue:

For example, when I enter 100 Turkish Lira, it should calculate as 2.92 USD, but instead, it's showing as 100 USD.

TL  -> Turkish Liras

Have you set up TL as currency and entered a conversion rate?

Which properties are.you looking at - the "amount in company currency" ist a HubSpot Standard Property that updates automatically, if you have created a currency.

Is that what you have done or do you have created your own calculations?
