Text Messaging SMS Conversations - Any integrations?

Is there an integration to have text message SMS conversations with contacts within the CRM?

 

I tried to integrate Justcall.io but does not seem to work with messaging in the CRM even with my sales pro account.

 

Zapier has a lot of integrations to send one off messages but not actually have conversations. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated Smiley Happy

I would LOVE for there to be a Task Type = SMS   (or similar). We follow up a lot with SMS messages to our leads.

email is hard....sms is easy....GMAIL tracks via hangouts    shouldn't be too hard to track? no?

 

I use SMS all the time....  I would live to see this feature added....  i get over 95% replies to SMS...I would live to see that in the timeline of contact on the client page.

We havent yet implemented the SMS integration. We are based in South Africa so will be limited to the suppliers in this region

It would save me a lot of time if there were an affordable and easy  SMS Texting integration. Currently I must export from  HS to take my mobile numbers to another place that has affordable texting and vice versa to HubSpot because they have the best e-mail! What a pain! However, I checked out the companies with integrations with Hubspot and they are expensive and will only work for much larger companies than ours.  Would love this option HS. Please consider. Thanks.

Has anyone found a solution?  If I'm not sitting at my desk, or I don't have my sound on I don't know I have an incoming chat conversation.   There has to be a way to have some notification via SMS and be able to chat back and forth from your phone so you're not tied to your desk.  I don't want to have the Hubspot app on my iphone running constantly.  

 

Help?  Ideas?  If there isn't a solution yet I'd be interested in possibly co-opting the cost of having this developed with some sort of Zapier or other connection to make this possible.  Would you?

Actually I started using LiveChat and it works great for only $39 a month per seat or 33 if you pay it for the year. It comes up on my phone my iPad and everything and gives loud notifications it says new visitor or incoming chat. You should check it out it’s under integrations on the HubSpot site under live chat I looked at a couple others but many of them were like over $300 a month.

we are using a SMS Hubspot integration - see link below. It works great for us. The team can send sms messages from within the contact record, or via a workflow and the message and reply shows up in the activity feed as a note and the team get email notifications when sms messages are sent / received. And it is now fully integrated with the workflow feature.

I tried it out about 6 months ago. I was looking for a way to trigger an initial SMS from the sales rep via a workflow and have the ability for 1:1 conversations if there is a reply. Had issue getting the tokens to work and never quite got it working like I wanted before our legal team gave me the kill order as it didn't have opt-in management, only opt-out.

Hi, I'm Chris over at Salesmsg. We do offer a "double opt in" feature so the contact can reply Y or Yes to "opt in" to then start the conversation. 

 

When enabled, when a contact is added or sent a text from a workflow, the first text is a confirmation sms. They reply Y and are then able to be contacted.

 

Have you seen this?

I need a way to text message myself the contents of a chatflow? how do i do  this?

 

exmple, 

if someone has a conversation with a chatbot, how do i send myself thta conversation after the chat is over? *LEADS
