Team inbox emails sent from Outlook not showing up on Hubspot

Hi Hubspot Hivemind 🙂

I've connected a team inbox to Hubspot successfully - but for some reason, outgoing team inbox emails sent from Outlook, are not showing up in the Sent folder in the Hubspot Inbox.

Is there a function or setting I've missed to enable visibility of these outgoing emails on Hubspot? Or is there way I can view ALL outgoing emails, sent from both Hubspot & Outlook, through Hubspot? Please help!
