the new format of Hubspot won't let me "create a new task" for 3 mos later. The save is greyed out and I can't figure it out. The help forum here told me to "clear my cache" and I have but it's not working...what else can I do to save a simple task I create for the future?

Hi @rachelportervo ,

Make sure you are filling out all of the required fields on the create tasks form.  They are the ones with a "*" after them.  If all of these are completed you will be able to save your task.

@rachelportervo I think cache is the reason, did you try to sign in to HubSpot into another browser? Also, perhaps you did not fill all the required fields in the task so that the button become active. If nothing works, I recommend you contact HubSpot support if nothing is helped.
