Tasks created are not all visible

Hello, we have encountered a problem where not all tasks that have been created for a customer are then visible under the Activity and Tasks tabs.  We would appreciate any help to rectify this.

Hi @ScottB1 

It would be either you dont have the permission to view the timeline activity of the those contacts or you are seeing it in some different associations of the objects.

Could you share a screenshot of a task, how it has been created, and where and how it isn't showing up.

My initial thought would be a lack of association to a contact or company record, but I would need some more context to help out.

Tasks created are not all visible

We create a task using the Tasks tab whilst viewing an indivudal Company.   The person assigned to the work and association is linked automatically (not generally changed).  When viewing Tasks through Sales>Tasks the created tasks appear, however if you view through Contacts/Companies, select the company and view through the Activities or Tasks) tab, the created tasks are missing.
