SOLVE

Hi technical support engineers!

 

My tasks section has broken recently 😢

See the screenshot where I just get a continuing egg timer icon as I can't access my task notes anymore > https://prnt.sc/umf7mu

 

I can navigate up and down the list flip it into board for you however I can't see the internal note to make.

 

Are use it as an initial enquiries lead Q before it becomes an active qualified formal lead/deal to work on.

 

The issue only started to happen over the last week or so if it helps (I don't know if it's along the same time period it as your new beta system…)

@skadoosh_dean,

 

Clearing cache fixes a surprising amount of problems. Please try that. Also, maybe try another browser.

Hi @skadoosh_dean,

 

Is this still happening? It doesn't appear to be a widespread issue. I'm able to get to my tasks in both the beta view and the standard view.

Yes, Afraid so my friend...It's been like this Since about mid last week.

 

Is there a common set of stuff to do like clear cache etc? !

Awesome.

Probably is cache then.

I've just tested it on Firefox and I'm in...There are clear down of cookies in cash and browser history later on in the day.
