This is something I use everyday - adjust the Due Time for a task. The historical 15 minute increments were handy so you could get the notification in advance.
This changes as of yesterday (June 28) to 30 minute increments.
I had look and could not see a new user setting to adjust the Task Due Time increment.
Did I miss the setting?

Hi @DABennett,
When editing an existing task in the timeline of a contact, you should still see the 15 minute increments:
When creating a new task from the contact record or the Menu > Sales > Tasks, those increments are gone, correct:
You can however still type into that field:
Hope this helps!

Hi Karsten,
I'm not sure the community benefits from the inconsistency. If you edit a task, you see 15 minute increments. If you create a task, you see 30 minute increments.
1) Why the inconsistency?
2) Why isn't this a user controlled parameter so the user (not HubSpot on an arbitrary basis) sets the increment?

Hi @DABennett, both valid questions, I fully agree with you. You can submit a change request to the HubSpot Ideas section, the product team monitors that space. If you share the link back here, I'll upvote it, too.

Hi @DABennett,
Thanks for reaching out!
I am seeing 15-minute increments when editing Task Due times.
Can you post a screenshot of where you are seeing the 30-minute increments for Task Due times in your account?
Best,
Brendan
