Task Comment field is not syncing back to Hubspot Meeting Comment
We have enabled Activity sync in Hubspot. The thing is that when we log a task in Hubspot, it creates a task in Salesforce and syncs any updated comments from Salesforce to Hubspot. However, the same does not happen in case when we log a meeting, i mean at the end of the day a task is created in Salesforce, and the comment field is same, so how come in case of Hubspot task is works but not with Hubspot meeting activity?
The expected behavior here is that scheduled meetings will also sync to Salesforce as tasks, same as other sales and marketing activitites.
Have you already checked for sync errors in your integration settings in HubSpot? Here is an example of a common error (We're having trouble getting task type data from Salesforce) with instructions how to resolve it.
