Target Accounts

Hello, community. I have a question regarding target accounts.

When I am looking at the feature (contacts -> target accounts) and filter by lifecycle, the number of accounts set as the customer is 0. Despite the companies records are showing the lifecycle as customer in 15 accounts.

Hi @CaioFelipe,

The target account feature does not automatically pull in company records that have the Lifecycle stage "Customer" – you have to choose target accounts first by following these steps: Add target accounts

Could you double check?
