Target Accounts Expired Tasks

Hi All

With the Target Accounts view, as soon as a task is in the past (ie before "today"), the account shows as no tasks scheduled.  Is there a way of including tasks in the past that have not been completed in this view?

Ans : Unfortunately these are the defaults settings for the Target Account section and currently we cannot make any changes to the page view or the filter that are present there. You can also do the same so that it can be updated fastly ! 

The other way around can be that you can create a list of those companies whose tasks date is overdue through a workflow. But you will have to manually check that list. There is no way that you can have this type of view in target accounts section 

So here it goes:

-create a property in company task accomplished on due date having a single checkbox of yes or no 
-Create a static list for saving the target accounts having overdue tasks 
-Create a company based workflow 

NOTE : You have to manually delete the target accounts name from the list after accomplishing the task because the list is static
