Tagging and Email Issue

Ive been using Hubspot Sales from about a month with my team and we love it. Recently ive been facing an issue with the CRM. When i mention my team with @ sign the other person is not able to to see that note in the time line and also when am sending the email to the contacts they are not reciving any. 

 

Please help me.

Hi @w3bazar, can you post a screenshot of the tags you are making, and what your team is seeing when they try to access the note?

Does your team have the correct permmissions to view the record in which you're making a note?
