Tag call notes to deals?

Is it possible to tag, or somehow tie, individual call notes to specific deals?

 

For example, if I'm talking to a Contact about four different deals, I'd like to be able to quickly pull up only the calls related to Deal 1 instead of having to go back through all of our calls to determine which were related to Deal 1.

Hi @ZGO,

 

When you log a call, click the option the lower right to associate with specific records. Here, you can choose the appropriate deals to associate the call with. See image.
