I'm aware of this post HERE, however the answer provided doesn't actually work, at least not anymore.
It doesn't seem to be possible to set a company name in contact properties to sync with the Contact's associated company via workflows as suggested.
I was wondering if this is possible at all. I want to keep form fields to a minimum and when I was being trained on this a few weeks back I was told the two automatically synced. Is there a way to do this?

Hey @Phil_Vallender ,
is there a re-enrollment solution included? From time to time the company association changes. It would be great, if the proposed workflow could cover that. I'm not sure yet.

@Thomas_MB You can add a criteria if Company Name is modified in last day. You will also need to set up the workflow to allow re-enrollment. This should help you capture any time the field is updated so it updates the contact as well.
The one thing to be careful about is only writing this one way otherwise you will just create a circular workflow that keeps running 🙂 (Both ways meaning contact to a company, company to contact.

I have a question in regards to re-enrolling a contact once an associated company has changed. How exactly can I add the criteria to say if it's been modified then re-enroll the contact into the workflow?
I have attempted to add this into the workflow but cannot find the modified date option. Any help is appreciated.
