Syncing Company Name from Salesforce to HubSpot

SOLVE

We only had Marketing Hub until 12/1 and now we have Sales Hub also.  We are getting rid of Salesforce as our CRM and I am trying to Sync all my contacts to HubSpot.  The majority of my fields did sync over properly but I had mis-mapped the Company Name and it brought over a Company ID.  I fixed it... but now it will sync to any "new contacts" but the Company ID is still in my existing contacts and will not sync properly.

Anyone know why?  I obviously have the fields correct now, since new contacts are syncing and I went thru and said Sync now ??

Hi @janeth

Yeah, you would figure that would do it, but you never know with Salesforce.

What you could try is creating and mapping a custom property on each end that is intended as a sync trigger - a date property can be good for this. If you bulk update the field to the current data on all records, they should all trigger a sync that brings over the missing data.

Hope this helps.

Hi @janeth

Did you choose 'Sync Now' or 'Sync Gradually' when changing your mapping?
