I recently added a new user, with exact setup as other users. For some reason this user cannot see some of the activities on customers' tickets (e.g. meetings that were scheduled by Calendly), and when he sends an email from HubSpot it will not show on Gmail.
Ensure the new user has the correct permission settings for viewing activities. Go to Settings > Users & Teams, and verify their access matches other users.
Check the Calendly integration to confirm it’s properly synced for the new user.
Emails Not Syncing with Gmail:
Ensure the user has connected their Gmail account to HubSpot. Go to Settings > Email Integrations and confirm their Gmail is integrated.
Verify that the user is enabled to use email tracking and logging settings.
These steps should fix the sync issues for both activities and emails.
