We have a shared mailbox that holds company wide contacts in Office365. I was able to connect my contacts folder just fine, but I don't need these contacts, I want to sync the shared contacts. Can I do this? In other words I'm logged into Hubspot with my email but I want to sync contacts for a shared@domain email.
Figured it out, login from private browser click "add some contacts" choose "sync from Outlook Contacts" click "connect to outlook contacts" click "Connect Different Account" boom!
