Sync Salesforce list to Hubspot

Is there a way for me to sync a list from Salesforce on to Hubspot?

Use-case: I want to create a segment of accounts for an ABM campaign on Salesforce and import that into Hubspot. 

I know that I can import ALL accounts into Hubspot, but what if I want to import a particular set of accounts alone?
