Subscription due date triggering todo and email

Hi,

We are a charity that has annual subscriptions that fall due throught the year.

I would like to have a reminder for our membership secretary and an automated email for the member in question.

Obviously there will be a unique date for each member and so a general solution would be needed.

Is this possible?

Hi @Nickdunc 

What you are looking for is a 'center on a date-propert' workflow. With this, you can use a date property on the contact record (e.g. subscription date) to trigger a workflow sending internal and external reminder emails, etc. 

Create 'Center on a date' or 'Center on a date property' contact-based workflows
